This is the pulled pork you wish you had time to make at home. Each pork shoulder is rubbed with our signature seasoning, then smoked for hours until it practically falls apart. REHEAT LOCAL SMOKE BBQ

All of our products arrive in vacuum-sealed bags for fresh storage in your refrigerator or freezer and easy sous vide–style reheating.

For the best results, thaw unopened products in the refrigerator for 24 hours before reheating.

👉 Important: All of our products can be warmed in the bag they are packed in. Do not microwave the bag.

Sous Vide (Best Method)

  1. Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil in a medium pot.

  2. Once boiling, drop the water to a simmer.

  3. Place the sealed bag into the simmering water and heat for 20–30 minutes.

  4. Remove from the bag and either enjoy as is, or use one of our pro tips below.

Pro Tip: Add additional sauce as desired and pile onto your favorite recipes.

Stove Top

  1. Remove meat from the packaging.

  2. Sauté in a medium pan with 1/4 cup of your favorite Local Smoke BBQ sauce.

  3. Cover and heat on medium for 7 minutes.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Remove meat from packaging and place in an oven-safe dish.

  3. Cover, then bake for 20–25 minutes or until warm, stirring as needed.

Microwave

  1. Remove meat from the plastic bag and place in a microwave-safe dish.

  2. Cover and microwave on high for about 3 minutes or until warm.

  3. Stir as needed and serve.
