To Prevent a Bad Bite
Read Our Policies
Local Smoke BBQ Wholesale LLC
Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures food safety and maintains the quality of our packaged smoked meats.
However, we always want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist you with a potential refund. This policy replaces the standard 30-day retail return rules, as perishable goods cannot be returned or restocked.

Please do not send any purchases back to our facility.

Gifts

Shipping Issues
If your order arrives late, warm, leaking, or visually compromised, report it within 24 hours with photos.
Carrier delays that result in spoilage are covered, and we will work with you to make it right.
We cannot reimburse shipping costs unless the issue resulted from:
- A fulfillment error
- Damaged product caused by shipping mishandling
- Documented carrier delay that caused product failure
If a refund is provided, applicable shipping costs may be deducted unless the issue was our responsibility.
